14. International Shipping, Duties & Customs

We offer worldwide shipping through carriers such as DHL, UPS, and USPS. For international orders, duties and import taxes may be collected at checkout where supported; otherwise, local customs may assess fees upon arrival. Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and may vary by region. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by destination authorities.

15. Currency & Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) by default. International customers may view prices and pay in local currencies supported by Shopify's conversion system. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply additional conversion fees per their policies.

16. Returns & Exchanges

  • U.S. Returns: Eligible within 7 days of delivery for unused/unworn items in original packaging with tags, per our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • International Returns: Not accepted at this time.
  • Non-returnable: Personal care/beauty/hygiene items, hazardous/flammable materials, sale items, gift cards, and custom or print-on-demand items (unless defective or damaged — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution).
  • Exchanges: Not offered; please return (if eligible) and place a new order.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
