At Desirable Gifts Store™, we work with trusted suppliers to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on the product location, destination, and order weight.

Free Shipping Thresholds

  • U.S. Orders: Free on orders $50+
  • International Orders: Free on orders $150+

Note: Some items are fulfilled directly from our supplier's warehouse. Availability and shipping options for these items may vary by destination. Expedited and overnight shipping is not available at this time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. Orders with imported goods valued over $800 per person per day may be subject to additional taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if processing has not begun.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; customers may initiate a return within 7 business days of delivery (where eligible — see Return Policy).

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Orders

  • Full refunds are available if processing is delayed beyond the stated window.
  • Carrier delays are outside our control.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos for carrier claim assistance.

Holiday & Promotional Fulfillment Delays

  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday: +2–5 business days
  • Christmas & New Year's: +3–5 business days
  • Valentine's Day / Mother's Day: +2–3 business days
  • General Promotional Sales: +2–3 business days
