Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Beauty and personal care products
- Intimates and lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Hygiene items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom and print-on-demand items (apparel, accessories, and other made-to-order products) — unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.
U.S. Orders
U.S. orders are eligible for return within 7 business days of delivery. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending any item back.
- Contact us at itsdesirablegifts@gmail.com to request your RA number.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original clear packaging with the SKU label intact, along with proof of purchase.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is on us.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.
International Orders
At this time, we are unable to accept international returns due to customs and carrier limitations. Please review all size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives with a quality concern or defect, we will work with our fulfillment partner to verify the issue and ensure the proper resolution — no return required.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU customers, you may cancel or return within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
- After your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email about approval or denial.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or as store credit upon request.
- Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post funds. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us.
